• You can cancel or exchange your order within 3-5 days in which the order was placed before we ship out to you. please send us an email as soon as possible to effect this cancellation on your order to hello@shopbibire.com
• Please notice that orders are processed as soon as possible and that, once the order has been received, we cannot promise that the transaction will be cancelled or changed. Please contact us immediately if you would like to exchange for another piece, please email us at hello@shopbibire.com

• Bibire would provide exchange of the returned items in compliance with the previous section (Withdrawal of Order) provided that all items are returned in the same state as they were on reception. This ensures that the goods should not have been scratched, stained, washed, adjusted or worn (other than trying the piece on it) and that all labels or tags should be intact.And all packing items are still in perfect condition.
• We would do our best to fulfil exchange requests, but with the limited inventory of our highly unique pieces, exchanges are subject to availability of the size you require and may take up to a month to complete. Please email: hello@shopbibire.com, our online assistant to discuss your exchange options.
• We do not  refund price of item and  shipping costs but we do guarantee an exchange.
